Randell Viray

Randell always had a passion for sports and fitness.  This passion drove him to complete his Kinesiology degree at the University of Winnipeg, specializing in Exercise Science. Randell’s sports of choice include anything from volleyball, golf, ultimate frisbee, and whatever can get him active! Randell’s one true love is  basketball where he played  at the collegiate level.

Randell hopes to continue sharing his passion and knowledge to anyone seeking motivation, education and inspiration! It is never too late to start the journey and with the right support and guidance you might be surprised what you can do!

Mike Morley
Method Trainer

Mike has been a lifetime athlete with a passion for performance. He has trained in many different sports from mixed martial arts to soccer, and distance running. Football and lacrosse are the sports Mike finally settled into, playing at a high level and his love for competition finally culminated into Bobsleigh, where he competes on the provincial team. This path lead Mike through his Bachelor of Science, learning to balance health, sports, and academics. Strength and conditioning is a passion, nurtured throughout school, and into his professional career. Mike specializes in nutrition and movement correction understanding longevity is one of the most important factors in fitness. He sees nutrition as being an integral aspect in promoting physical change so he works very hard with his clients to ensure they have the tools to be successful.

Mike loves to show clients that fitness can be fun and isn’t a chore; using humor and positivity to create an energetic environment. HIs approachable personality will be sure to leave you wanting more with a mission to guide clients to physical and mental change and life long fitness.

Danielle Milner
Method Trainer

Danielle is a certified personal trainer that enjoys being active & is passionate in encouraging others to reach their fitness goals . Danielle graduated from Western University with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology . Danielle focused in on nutrition & sport injuries as her major interest while in University. Danielle also holds certifications in Pre & Post Natal Fitness (PPFS) & Senior Fitness (SFIC). Danielle is passionate about motivating and helping others in whatever endeavors they may partake . Danielle’s passions are running, fashion, travel & meeting new people.

Rachel Robertson
Method Trainer

Rachel has always had a passion for an active lifestyle.  From swimming to dance all the way to lacrosse. Being active and healthy has always been a huge part of Rachel’s life. It wasn’t until she got a bit older that Rachel found passion in weight training, running and yoga. These combined passions led Rachel to realize that working in the fitness industry was something she really wanted to pursue. Rachel completed her personal trainer certification with the goal of helping others find passion and enjoyment in achieving their own personal fitness journeys.

Rachel takes a very personal approach with all her clients in order to build a level of trust and communication to help them reach their fitness goals. Rachel strives to keep her clients motivated, happy and at the end of the session feeling good about what they have accomplished. Rachel hopes with her guidance each client will be able to create a permanent lifestyle change to build a better fitness future.

Jamie MacDonald
Method Trainer/Nutritionist

Jamie is a certified personal trainer and a Precision Nutrition certified coach with a background and passion for all things fitness and nutrition. Jamie graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelors of Business Administration, soon to discover that health and fitness were his true passions. If he’s not at the gym, you can likely find Jamie on the golf course. Jamie joined the Method Fitness team in 2013 and has helped many of our clients achieve their individual fitness goals all while learning to fit their fitness and nutrition into their lifestyle as oppose to the other way around.

Cresswell Hamilton
Method Trainer/Co-Owner

With a natural athleticism and passion for team sports, Cresswell has spent much of his time outside of school on the basketball courts. His love of hoops led him to play basketball at the college level, while he earned his Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta.

Shortly after graduation, Cresswell embarked on a career in health and fitness in Calgary and has continued to shape, lead and inspire his clients and his team in health and wellness. During this time, he has learned the value of building meaningful relationships with clients in and out of the gym and his care and attention has earned the trust of his clients to push them beyond the physical limits they believe possible. Occasionally Cresswell likes to have a little fun along the way too!

Matt Onyszko
Method Trainer/Co-Owner

Matt is passionate about working with highly motivated individuals in achieving extraordinary fitness and health results regardless of the goal. Matt believes that anyone can achieve great things when given the right toolbox. Matt’s mission is to provide his clients with all the necessary tools to help them accomplish their goals. Whether their hurdles are found in nutrition, exercise, injury, or lifestyle…Matt will do his best to motivate clients in rising to the challenge.

If you have the “will” Matt can provide the “way”.

Just a few of Matt’s qualifications can be found below:

  • Over 10 years experience training clients
  • A graduate of the Kinesiology faculty at UofC
  • Certified as a Level 1 Poliquin instructor as well as a certified BioSignature Modulation coach
  • Very passionate about biomechanics and the science of fitness
  • Lover of long walks on the beach, as long as lunges are involved
Bart Onyszko
Method Trainer/Co-Owner

Bart has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 17+ years.  Having studied Kinesiology at the UofC as well as Athletic Therapy at Mt. Royal.  Bart is AFLCA certified as well as being an NCCP certified coach in cycling and wrestling.  Currently Bart is in the process of becoming a certified Precision Nutrition coach as well.

Bart’s strengths lie in keeping an open mind to any and all health and fitness related paths/methods in helping one achieve their goals. Bart holds true to the belief that there is no one absolute way of achieving success but that success can be found in discovering the path best suited for each individual.

Bart takes pride in the number of success stories he has been able to be a part of thus far in his training career and is highly motivated to add many more in the near future.  Bart’s passion lies in the problem solving aspect of his profession, drawing great satisfaction in helping clients overcome hurdles on their way to fulfilling their goals.
